Natures GardenReviews of naturesgardencandles.com

I had no issues with ordering and receiving my order and, thankfully, nothing spilled. The packaging wasn’t very secure, even though I requested they make sure it is to avoid spills. I was lucky nothing spilled. The price is not bad but considering that some of the fragrance oils I ordered are quite weak in potency or don’t spell as described, I would say this company is a hit and miss and you don’t always get value for money. Also, they did not publish any of my reviews that were below 4 stars. Beware of items on their site with so many 5 star reviews, they are not always accurately rated since the company gets to choose what to publish. There are certain items I would not have purchased if all reviews of them were published. For this reason, I might have to reconsider purchasing from them again. A shame because some of their fragrance oils are very good.

I am a soap maker and recently bought a bunch of stuff from NG. I ordered on Monday and my stuff was delivered on Thursday!! That is the quickest delivery I have ever gotten besides Amazon of course. My other soap supplier takes an average of 3 weeks to deliver & is way more expensive than NG. I haven’t tried any of the fragrance oils yet but I was recommended to them by Katie Carson of royalty soaps so I am hoping for good results! So far I would say I would definitely shop with them again!

After attempting to contact the company by phone and email to attempt to change the delivery address for an order I recieved absolute 0 contact from customer service. Would give negative stars if possible. Will not be using for my.purchases again.

NATURES GARDEN SENT MY ORDER TO THE WRONG 70ADDRESS AND I AM NOW OUT OF $70 THEY SAID TOO BAD. YOU MUST PAY AGAIN

I was excited to find a candy cane oil for my oil diffuser...this stuff is NASTY! Does Not smell like a candy cane whatsoever! Hardly smells like peppermint!

Customer service is terrible. It took 3 emails and 2 months to get a response about a bottle of fragrance oil turning green/black when used in oil burner. They just ignored my last email. Very disappointed.

Horrible customer service that could not answer simple questions about candle making products *they* created. Their fragrance oils are also very unbalanced: either weak, overpowering, or just plain stink.

I usually do not give bad reviews, but this company is a joke. Read the "Famous Candle Manual" and you'll laugh your way through it. Our company has been chandling for 30 years, and we tried Joy Wax and some other products from this company. The Joy Wax is an expensive gimmick wax that we ended up throwing out. It was horrible. FOs also were not as good as many other companies. Customer service was horrible when we contacted them with questions about Joy Wax, which only THEY sell...and they could not give us specific information about it. Nobody there (including the owner) has a clue how to make a decent candle.
