REGRET!! REGRET!! WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN WITHOUT LOOKING UP A COMPANY! WTF is wrong with this company! Right after an order mistake I contacted them and they said THEY HAVE NO CONTROL OF ORDERS! WTF!?!? They are likely to go out of business soon. Wish I had the foresight to look here first. i never would have ordered. they are worse than all the bad reviews combined

There were leaves on my packet of Nature's Garden. No leaves in the package. I feel so betrayed and ripped off. Gimme my leaves! Otherwise, pretty tasty.

I placed an order for small bottle of fragrance oil. The shipping was about equal to the cost of oil. I wanted to add to the order lye and coconut oil to make the shipping worth the cost. Natures garden will not allow to cancel nor change the order once placed. I will never purchase from them again.

My previous order arrived on time and I was very pleased with it. Unfortunately, my current order has been a different experience. The tracking information has not updated, and no one seems to know where the package is. I was also concerned by the incorrect email address listed on your website at the bottom for contact, although I was eventually able to find the correct one, it made me think it was a scam when it came back email not valid since I copied and pasted right off their page. In addition, I was unable to reach anyone by phone or leave a message, and the recording simply directed me to email with questions. Customer service is lacking and gives scammer vibes to be honest. looking at other reviews, looks to be a pattern.

Horrible customer service. My order was lost during shipping. It’s in one of USPS’ warehouse. Instead of just reshipping my order, they gave me a generic response asking me to go down to my local post office to figure it out. Just another silly mom and pop business who thinks there’s an endless amount of customers. This is why I’d rather shop with the big stores. Now I gotta take time out of my busy day and call my credit card company. They lost me as a customer and now they’re going to get hit with a chargeback.

My order was incomplete, and I was charged for items that were never shipped. I have reached out via email on five separate occasions but have not received a response. I also attempted to call, but they are not accepting calls. It feels like this company is stealing! I had a similar experience with their other company, Flaming Candle, which I was unaware of when I placed my order. If I had known, I would have never made the purchase.

NO SHIPPING INFORMATION PROVIDED. 😢 QUICKLY TOOK MY MONEY ALMOST 2 WEEKS AGO AND THERE HAS BEEN NO UPDATE AT ALL ON DELIVERY. I PHONED NATURE'S GARDEN AND THEY ARE CLOSED. IT IS 11.00 AM CENTRAL STANDAED TIME ON THIS WEDNESDAY AND THEY ARE CLOSED. I ORDERED REGULARLY A FEW YEARS AGO AND THEY WERE MORE BUSINESS RUN, BUT NOT SO MUCH NOW. BAD BUSINESS 👎
