Natures GardenReviews of naturesgardencandles.com

Tried to purchase twice. They never have all the things I need at once. I prefer one shipping fee. Guess I'll go back to Amazon. 🙄 I HAVE NOT PURCHASED AT ALL, so I cannot attest to the quality of the products, just they never have what I need at once.

I purchased from this company for a decade then only here and there. My latest order was different. I can barely smell the scents and they don't last. Quality of the fragrance oils are not the same at all. Very disappointed. Won't purchase again.

I liked the products. I didn't like that they took a long time to arrive and some orders were not fulfilled. Unfortunately, I lost a customer because of the delay in the arrival of the products.

Natures Garden used to be my favorite place to order all my scents from. I have about 150 of their scents. The problem arose when they changed ownership and their fragrances no longer supply SDS (required) and EU allergen sheets. Despite having emailed them twice regarding this, they have not updated their site and the response is generic when inquiring. Sadly, I have had to find other suppliers which are independent and supply this information freely.

I sent an email about the product I received. None of bottles had 8 oz of product in it. Something felt off about them when I took them out of the box so I weighed them. I've never had this issue but still have not gotten a response either. I paid the full price and couldn't "short change" so expect the same treatment with my product. 99.9% of my fragrances comes from here and its been that way since I started this new journey, but I'll see what my next steps are. I'm sure they wouldn't care about losing one measly customer but my 1 oz means more to me than their millions of dollars means to them....

The fragrance oils smelled really good. Only problem is the overselling I wasn't able to get two of my products because it was on back ordered but they were in stock when I ordered them there was no communication! Then when I called the customer representative wanted me to wait until they came back in stock and i immediately asked for a refund! I had to call them for 5 days and emailed them to figure out what was going on. I personally won't be ordering again.

I've ordered oils and used them for years. Quality is hit or miss. I have a few that I really love but more than half of them have ended up in the trash. When they are bad they can be really bad. I don't think I'll be ordering much anymore because of how they handled some feedback I gave them. I ordered a vanilla lace & pearls oil I've ordered before and loved in the past. It came in weak and with a weird chemical smell. I thought it smelt like it was really old. I let them know and got an email back implying I didn't know how to use fragrance oils and didn't know what I was talking about.

I was not sent product I ordered, was sent product I didn’t order…charged and paid ahead, with plenty of time for my order to arrive for a show…..after 3 months I still don’t have resolution after repeated phone calls and sent emails. I received two emails each after a month apart. One asking for paperwork, which I sent immediately. The second another month later when I asked about resolving because I was now unable to produce product for the show because they didn’t send the products, and was told a month ago now that they were sending out product immediately. The product in their email wasn’t even the correct product and a month later, still haven’t received a thing. Now they aren’t responding at all even tho I have been more than understanding and polite. I want a refund but would accept credit at this point because the product was seasonal. I have used them for years and never had an issue before. I’m sad to see this happening.
