Agressive Werbung. Produkt gar nicht erhalten. Unmögliche Vorgehensweise. Würde niemals mehr da was bestellen. Hirschhausen für so einen Fake zu verwenden. Unmöglich!!!!!!!!!

I have ordered from Nature’s Garden multiple times, and each time, something has been wrong with my order. During the holidays, they offered a coupon, but after I placed my order, they claimed I wasn’t supposed to use it—along with many other customers. Instead of honoring the discount, they attempted to withhold my already paid-for order. It took over a month of back-and-forth just to get my items released. Beyond that, they have shipped me the wrong order, sent my order to someone else, and provided poor customer service each time. Their response has consistently been dismissive, with comments like, “Sometimes things like that just happen.” Most recently, I placed and paid for an order, receiving a confirmation email and a shipping notification 24 hours later. Then, another 24 hours after that, I was informed that my items were on backorder, and my money was being refunded because they “didn’t have the product.” When I asked why I had received a shipping confirmation, they simply said it was an automated email and refused to engage further. This company is completely unorganized, has terrible customer service, and does not seem to care about its customers. I have all the emails and documentation to prove it. Buyer beware—you may not receive your order, get someone else’s, or wait months to receive what you paid for.

This company continues to use Mary Berry’s name to recommend their product in 2025. I foolishly fell for it, before discovering this is a fraudulent claim. I have not been able to e-mail Customer Services for a refund.

Took my money and never received product. They said it’s because there’s many scam sites like them so be careful. But they are the actual scam site because that’s who I paid 🤦🏼‍♀️ Be warned, do not buy anything from this site. It’s a scam

Ordered some oils, paid….. charged instantly. Never receive any shipping info…. So I message them…. They tell me I have to pick it up at their warehouse in OHIO!? I was like wait what!? They said you didn’t pay for shipping. I stated that was never an option!! What the heck. So they then invoice me on PayPal for the shipping!? how bizarre. Once paid, next day Informed via email all items ordered out of stock/ back ordered. What kind of business is going on here! I was shocked I actually did get refunded. But something fishy is going on here 10/10 don’t recommend.

Ich fühle mich absolut fehlgeleitet und habe leider ein falsches Produkt bestellt. Beim Lesen eines Interviews Spiegel mit v. Hirschhausen bei Microsoft News wurde ich auf natures garden geleitet und bestellte ein Produkt das leider nichts mit dem zu tun hat, das Thema des Interviews war. Im Text des Interviews war sehr oft in grünen Buchstaben - natures garden - eingefügt und so entstand der Eindruck, daß dies das diskutierte Produkt ist. Leider habe ich es dann bestellt und bekam ganz einfaches CBD Pulver in Kapseln gesendet. Bei der Angabe der Inhaltsstoffe konnte ich erkennen, das hat mit dem von mir gewünschten Produkt nichts zu tun. Wie konnte das logo natures garden in dieses Interview gelangen??? Ist der Inhalt der Kapseln wirklich CBD, es gibt kein Zertifikat. Es gibt keine Firmen Rechnung, weder online noch in der Lieferung. Nur der Rechnungsbetrag kam von Klarna. Es gibt keinen Retourenschein. Ein sehr seltsames Gebahren.

Firmaet sendte mig et forkert produkt. Jeg havde ikke bestilt CBD Gummies, men et præparat mod kolesterol.
