One of my fragrances was a blind buy and listen I should have gotten a bigger bottle smells amazing, customer service was also helpful with getting my missing items replaced and shipped.

I love the fragrances from NG. The descriptions online are so accurate. The tesr results on cold process soaps are so useful. The shipping was quick. Love the experience with NG.

After receiving 11 bottles of spilled product (which messed up the labels of the other 12 and cant be read), I reached out to customer service for a solution. After a week of calls, emails, contact info sends i finally got through to them on the phone. Their response was for me to WEIGH each bottle to access product loss, take a photo of the INSIDE of each 1 oz bottle to show product loss! Can you imagine? (I had sent them photos of how the box arrived and the damaged bottles). So instead of just providing good customer service and refunding or replacing the order, they were so concerned with maybe losing a few dollars they just lost themselves thousands in future orders. (You really cannot use a partial 1 oz bottle of product so replacing a quarter is just useless). To be honest their scents are hit and miss anyway. I would say that maybe 1/4 of the samples I ordered smelled as described. I loved their advertising photos for each scent and the cute names and it made me want to try them all. But in the end many of the novelty type scents just smelled perfumey and similar. With very little depth. My suggestion at this price range is to shop Aztec Candles. Same quality level but their 1 oz bottles are often only a dollar! Or candle science whose products are far more reliable scent wise. My fave so far is Bramble Berry. Their scents have such depth and I prefer them even to expensive ones like Vine Vida (though vine vida carries a different type of product line, I mean overall and in general). As for natures garden i will never order from them again and encourage you to go elsewhere. Ive never had any other company arrive with a spill. Including ebay sellers! To have half an order spilled and destroyed right there should be enough to move on. As a small business owner I know customer service is key! I guess natures garden doesnt need the money.
