Bad communication
I sent an email about the product I received. None of bottles had 8 oz of product in it. Something felt off about them when I took them out of the box so I weighed them. I've never had this issue but still have not gotten a response either. I paid the full price and couldn't "short change" so expect the same treatment with my product. 99.9% of my fragrances comes from here and its been that way since I started this new journey, but I'll see what my next steps are. I'm sure they wouldn't care about losing one measly customer but my 1 oz means more to me than their millions of dollars means to them....
