Very slow delivery. Product quite expensive but seems to be high quality.

Love the oil blends. Would have given it 5 starts but the cap on one of the bottles was not screwed on tight and 1/4 of the oil leaked out in shipping.

For now, I will say that there might be a difference that I noticed...only time will tell...Concerning was that it took 2 1/2 weeks to get...everything seems to get lost in Salt Lake City...

The oils are nice, not what I was hoping for but nice. I was hoping to use one of them in my oil burner, but not strong enough. Ok. Prices are great. I just did not care for all the emails about shipping. Usually good with one email telling me when the item(s) ship. Anyway, I will probably order from you again. Thanks for asking!

I called to ask the availability of a product before ordering. The guy that answered the phone was correct in its availability but was a little droll like he needed a caffeine kick. So just a 1/2 point off for a less than upbeat customer interaction. It’s really a 4.5 🌠but it won’t allow hat. Yes I would order again.

I am not a teenager and that might be why I have difficulty with your ordering website. first order I could not get the first time discount and second, I failed to log in and when I placed the order I was told to log-in, but nothing on the screen would allow me to do that. I had to return to the website and log-in to be able to place my order. somewhat confusing for a non-teenager.

This is a fantastic product. I'd appreciate a notification before my auto-shipped is sent out. I want to switch flavors.
