For the third time, one of my essential oils leaked all over inside of the packaging. I lost about a third of my anise oil and some of my nutmeg oil.

The communication of when the product would arrive was horrible. The tracking did not work and there was not a good way to inquire on the status.

NF was recommended by my friend, a naturopath. I liked the Crystal Breath, but did not like a number of oils I ordered, ie Lullaby, Eye of the Storm, Lime...I returned them and would like cash back pls. That was my understanding.. I sw a customer service rep who noted she will check into this. I did not receive an update and the money is still being charged on my credit card. Can we chat about this? I am at 516 242 8270. I have a health network following of 5000 online. I want to feel good about your products!!

I ordered the berry flavor and there was no flavor at all, of any flavor. It tastes like olive oil. Actually, olive oil tastes better. I had my wife try it also. She said it was bitter and after about an hour she said she couldn't feel any diifference whatsoever.

I have placed the order on 9/1/2020 and as of today , 9/8/2020 I have yet to receive it . I even paid for shipping, it wasn’t free. I believe that in this day and age where everything is needed in a rush, your company doesn’t appeal to me for having to wait eight days for a package

My Company supplies us with this "hand sanitizer spray" the same product and you can smell the erbs and feel the oils thus my reason for ordering my own supply because it doesn't dry the skin and smells awesomely good. However now that I have my supply delivered to my home... There's much to be said about the smell which is 100% alcohol and you can't even smell the oils and drys my hands out fairly quick. In my opinion??? When companies order this they get the "real deal" and when a small business such as myself at home with residential address we get a "raw alcohol watered down deal".

It said the package was arriving on Monday and it is now Thursday and still no where to be found. I heard many good things about it and I really am excited to try the product but it will probably be two weeks to get it.
