overpriced in my opinion for what you end up getting

Good quality but terrible customer service! Ordered trees which with no communication or update i had to reach out since they were late. Told me they had issues shipping to by area ---- well then you should reach out and offer a refund!! Nope they offered me a credit or to refund me but to take a cancellation fee of 10%! I only had to cancel because of their own problems. BUYER BEWARE!

Came by FEDX. Tree was bent over and leaves were in bad shape. But I keep it put it in the ground no fertilizer just water it a lot. And the plum tree started new growth with in a month and it’s doing great. I would buy again in fact I did and the tree is growing good to.

Ordered two Yuca plants, my first purchase from Nature Hills. Both arrived in great shape, in secure packaging (my first experience on what to expect), really well protected. Planted both within a few days of their arrival. Both are thriving quite well at this point in the season (we’ve had over 15 days of above 90 degree weather). Super summer weather here in western Pennsylvania.

I ordered an Elberta Peach tree from Nature Hills Nursery, only to have it delivered later than expected, and for it to have a lot of its leaves in the delivery box, w the remaining leaves covered w brown spots. The Tree bark had red spots on it, as did the branches. When I sent them a picture of the tree and its condition, i was told that their horticulturalist looked at the pictures (which truly were favorable compared to the "real life" picture, and was told that the "tree left the nursery in good shape, and it looked fine to him now." i asked a Professor who is also a Horticulturalist to look at the tree, and after looking at it, he suggested that I either get rid of it or move it FAR away from any of my other plants as it could infect them as well." The Tree did die, but it was as if Nature Hills Nursery had their money and did not care past that. If I remember correctly, the tree cost over $100.00, and all I got was a sick and dying (now dead) tree out of it. I would encourage others to not trust this company. They appear to be more based on making money than they are about their clients OR about their own reputation.

I have ordered several plants from Nature Hills and have been very pleased with each experience. All arrived in good shape and were usually larger than I expected! Overall a great experience.

I placed my order online which was painless and I received my plant/tree in just a few days! It was gorgeous and healthy. My husband and I planted it right away (with the root booster also purchased) and this Korean Spice Bush is flourishing!!!! We can’t wait until spring to see if it will bloom next year. Thank you for the great service.

The plants I ordered arrived well packaged and healthy. So far they are thriving!
