Good experience with small (3 gal) palm tree. Plant shipped and delivered quickly in excellent condition. So far so good.

I have made several plant purchases this spring and have nothing but rave reviews for Nature Hills Nursery. They have videos for the newcomer at planting the plants correctly and with confidence.

I purchased 3 Korean Spice Viburnums in #3 containers. They shipped immediately, and arrived promptly. When I removed them from the boxes, they already had buds on them, and within a couple of days, they were blooming! I hadn't even planted them yet because we were expecting a couple more potential frosts. I brought them into my living room and they smelled so lovely and were perfectly healthy. I will definitely use this company again.

Liars cheats and thieves. Could not deliver part of my order and did not contact me. Said will refund credit card in three months or take a store credit plus $10. I could also wait 7 months for delivery. Wow, horrible people.

They claim to have an order cancellation policy that allows you to cancel an order, however if you call to cancel your order (less than 14 hrs after ordering even) they will tell you your order is being staged and so they cannot cancel it. You will have to wait for the order to get to your house; refuse delivery and maybe they will give you 60% of your money back (if the item comes back undamaged.) They make no exceptions. There's no returns...They wouldn't even tell me how long it usually takes between ordering and staging for delivery, so basically they can say any order is in the staging process so they don't have to accept cancelled orders. I am basically out $235. I won't be back ever...They don't seem to care about customers. Also the trees I ordered are dying of brown spotting 7 days after receipt.

I have had the best results with my dwarf blueberry and blackberry bushes. I love Nature Hills Nursery.

This company is the worst. DO NOT BUY from them. In terms of the plants, they shipped me plants in boxes that could hold small trees, but I opened them to find twigs. I called for a refund. But, they wanted me to spend more money to ship it back and on top of this, would deduct 40% as a "restocking" fee. Who operates that way? They manager was absolutely rude and unprofessional. I would never do business with them again and WARNING so you don't get scammed the way I did.

This is my first time shopping with Nature Hills Nursery. I’m very pleased with my purchase. I ordered the Vanilla Strawberry Hydrangea. The plant arrived well packaged and protected. I haven’t placed it in it’s new spot in my garden yet, it’s currently sitting on my patio and really taking off. I can’t image how it will adapt once I place it in the soil. I’m really looking forward to seeing how it progresses over the season. Customer service was very helpful when I called to ask questions regarding the plant. I will definitely shop with them again.
