Extremely well packed and healthy roses!! I am very pleased

I ordered a rose bush and a dwarf crepe myrtle and they arrived quickly, well packed, fresh and perfect. Planted them the next day and they are perfect. Doing very well.

Got my Weeping Cherry trees before I knew it and they were prefect I already have them in the ground and I am excited when I decide if I am going to plant anymore trees I will be ordering from Nature Hills Nursery... Victoria James

Tree came as advertised, large box and no damage. Opened the box and set outside to begin the watering and establishment to the planting area. Fine specimen and hope to see my Chinese Wisteria tree in full bloom, will send pictures when it happens.

My orders from Nature Hills were the best. Nice healthy trees & prunned perfectly. Im in love with the autumn cherries.

Would give a zero star if that were possible. The two trees (River Birch) came to us in subpar condition to begin with. Dried out completely. To top it off either FEDEX or Nature Hills sent them in a damaged smashed in box. We carefully opened box from slit. One tree was completely trampled (damage to limb) the other one trampled on and had a severed limb. Cut straight through. I was nice, polite told them. I said probably FEDEX did it (now I know they sent out garbage and don't care how it arrives to buyer.). Three days in row they said, "Send us pictures, keep watering plants. Send us more close-up, full-length pictures, water the trees. We can't see break.". Come on really?. They will do this endlessly til buyer gives up. Enough already I have sent them dozens of pictures and they are going to keep coaching me on watering them? Really? The trees are defective/inferior, and I believe they knew them to be when they left their nursery. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM-- HORRIBLE. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. As a businesswoman one picture would've been enough for me to refund or send out new product. They probably know even sending two more trees the outcome would be the same. That is, they would be pathetic worse than Charlie Brown's Christmas tree. Afterall, what is it to them to ship out another tree?? $200 thrown away. These trees look pathetic and guaranteed even if they survive (not likely) are poor/sad specimens. They will never grow into a glorious River Birch. GOOD BYE NATURE HILLS NURSERY FOR GOOD. And take down the pictures of healthy trees which obviously do not come from your company. Why Now this? Seems this was taken down after being up for months! So here it is again. Accurately portrayed.

I'm been wanting a weeping willow tree for a long time so when I saw they were on sale, I ordered one. Plant arrived in a sturdy large box in great shape. My Grandsons planted it for me the same day it arrived. Service was very good.

The plant was beautiful and healthy and is growing great -- it has adapted perfectly to a new home
