You are correct, the product you purchased does not contain Bioperine, however we do not state anywhere on our website that it does. The Supplement Facts panel for this product is visible on our website, so this information is available prior to purchase. Please know that every conversation we have with a customer (whether by phone or email) is documented, however; we don't have any record of you contacting us to ask about this product. At that time, we would have been able to confirm that it does not contain Bioperine and that we do have other products that do. We can certainly direct you to which products contain this ingredient.
