We appreciate your feedback and we're sorry for any frustration you experienced using the EXCLUSIVE code. The email does state that this discount applies to "one-time supplement purchases only" and cannot be combined with EasyAutoShip plans, along with other exclusions. Your order was for an EasyAutoShip plan which is why the EXCLUSIVE discount was not applied, as you are already receiving a 15% discount and reduced shipping and handling.
