We're sorry you had a disappointing experience, Kamran. On several occasions through our live chat, we explained that the international shipping and handling charges do not include any taxes/duties that may be imposed by your local customs office. Additionally, on June 6th we advised you via live chat that any taxes/duties imposed by customs are the responsibility of the recipient, and that we do not have any knowledge of the amount as duties are determined by the customs office upon inspection of the package. We made sure to make you aware of this fact on numerous occasions, and you proceeded to place your order knowing that you would be responsible for paying the customs fees. While we are unable to comment on the processes and procedures of a large company such as iherb, as a small company we do not have the same abilities as they have when shipping internationally and thus the reason you were able to purchase product through them more cost effectively.

We're very sorry for any inconvenience that may have been caused. Your order was shipped from our office on November 28th via standard ground shipping, which has a transit time of approximately 7 to 10 business days, which does not include weekends. Normally, packages do get delivered quicker, however due to the high volume of packages being shipped during the holiday season, all shipping carriers have been experiencing delivery delays and many packages are taking longer than usual for delivery. The tracking information for your package shows that it was delivered today, December 8th, to your mailbox. Even with the unexpected delay in transit, today is the 8th business day in transit so the package was in fact delivered within the estimated 7-10 day delivery window.
