I love your ultra thistle product however
I love your ultra thistle product, however I’ll probably be looking for a replacement. My husband is using this with all his heart meds and the last two deliveries took an extremely long time to receive. This last one will be two weeks in a few days!! That’s ridiculous. They said UPS was overloaded but I received other packages from them in a reasonable amount of time. Frustrating

Your order was shipped from our office on November 28th via standard ground shipping, which has a transit time of approximately 7 to 10 business days, which does not include weekends. Normally, packages do get delivered quicker, however due to the high volume of packages being shipped during the holiday season, all shipping carriers have been experiencing delivery delays and many packages are taking longer than usual for delivery. The tracking information for your package shows that it was delivered today, December 8th, to your mailbox. Even with the unexpected delay in transit, today is the 8th business day in transit so the package was in fact delivered within the estimated 7-10 day delivery window.
