The product quality is excellent, however, using the USPS for delivery is an unreliable nightmare. Orders were more reliably delivered in the past with UPS. Strongly prefer if you would return to this mode of delivery, even if it adds a few dollars to the total.

Thank you for your kind words about the quality of our product—we truly appreciate your support! Regarding shipping options, we wanted to clarify a few details. Our previous shipping method, Mail Innovations, also utilized USPS for the final delivery stage, and was a less expensive shipping option. However, we had to discontinue using UPS for shipping due to consistent issues with lost packages, which made it an unreliable option for ensuring timely deliveries to our customers. While the USPS is more costly we have had significantly less issues in package delivery. In reviewing your account, we see no records of issues reported with your deliveries, and your most recent shipment was delivered within the standard shipping timeframe. If there’s anything specific about your recent delivery experience that you'd like us to address or improve, please don’t hesitate to reach out by email. We're committed to providing you with the best service possible and are always here to assist you.

We're sorry your shipment has been delayed. Please know that this is not typical. The order was promptly shipped from our location on the same day it was ordered (December 12th). From there the US Postal Service has had a back log of parcels sitting at distribution centers across the nation. Upon tracking your package it did finally begin movement on December 22nd in route to you. Thank you for your patience and support.
