Knowledgeable, professional, and fun! These are the first words that come to mind with my experience with Dr. Huebner and his team at Natural Transplants. The months and weeks prior to the procedure, Jerry did an excellent job communicating with me via email and phone. It seemed like his response was immediate, regardless of the time of day! I traveled to their Ft. Lauderdale clinic from Minneapolis, MN. Upon arrival at the clinic for my procedure, I was immediately impressed with how friendly everyone was. Even Dr. Matt Huebner was right at the front desk :) It may seem silly, but it really was nice not to have a stuffy receptionist and waiting room. I am in my 30's, and so is the majority of the staff at Natural Transplants. They made me feel very comfortable the entire time. Dr. Huebner is currently training two new doctors to grow his practice. Props to Matt's brother Tom, for his excellent work with me as well. I am at 3 weeks post-op, and healing great. I am confident with the work performed by Natural Transplants and would recommend them to everyone!

I have no complaints. Everyone was so kind, Dr. Huebner, the techs and especially my patient advocate Jerry. Experiencing hair loss as a young woman is very embarrassing and a difficult issue to confront, but they put me at ease with my complex. I was very pleased with the facility and customer service. I'm less than 2 weeks post op, so I cannot tell you my opinion on my final results, but I have all the confidence that I went to the best place.

I must admit, I was very disappointed when I got a call from Florida. I typically hang up when I feel that I've been deceived, but I decided to hear what Dave had to say and I'm very glad that I did. By the time I finished my talk with Matt, I was feeling incredibly optimistic and decided to proceed with the surgery. After spending two months axiously waiting, I caught my plane to the Fort Lauderdale airport to get the transplant. Natural Transplants had agreed to deduct $1000 to help cover travel expenses, as an incentive. The transplant was an overall comfortable experience; however, near the end of the transplant, my tailbone started to hurt. The needle pricks for the anestetic injections in my scalp were very tolerable; unexpectedly, my seat was the only uncomfortable experience during the entire transplant. From start to finish, my entire visit at their office only lasted five hours. Dr Matt Huebner is definitely one of the top ten coolest guys that I've ever met and he seems to bring a lot of talent to the hair transplant field. My biggest concern about the transplant was having a scar at the donor area. I'm extremely happy that I choose Matt for the surgery, since he is exceptional at making that scar minimal, if not undetectable. Before the transplant, Matt suggested a hairline by drawing a line on my forehead. I was surprised to find the proposed hairline very agreeable and better than I'd hoped for. After the transplant, I was in no way disappointed with the results. When going to the local clinic to have the donor stitches removed, everyone said the transplant looked great and even asked for details so they could look up Natural Transplants for themselves. If I ever hear that someone I know is looking to get a hair transplant, I would not hesitate for even a moment to tell them about my experience at Natural Transplants.

In my mid thirties and with thick curly hair, I was not balding but I had a hairline that looks like a men's residing forehead. As a woman this was not attractive and became more apparent after having a very short hair style. I decided to get the transplant done with Dr. Heubner, the staff at Natural Hair Transplant made me feel comfortable throughout the procedure and confident about my decision. I was very nervous about the surgery but I was able to relax halfway through it and actually slept during the last hour of the procedure. It took all morning and it looked very neatly done when I woke up. It has been three months since then and I can see many long hairs growing, although it is not full thickness yet I can see that the hair looks very natural. I can't wait to see it fully grown. Pain and discomfort did follow for a little more than I expected (about 4 weeks), it healed fast but the discomfort improves gradually and slowly so, patience is something I had to work on but I am very happy with my decision to change my hairline and reshape the frame of my face. I don't scar very well so I was pleasantly surprised to see the suture area almost disappear but, that wasn't a concern of mine as my curly hair covers it, I do have some brown spots where the new hair was implanted but it is slowly clearing up I still keep my forehead covered with headbands so it is not a problem.
