Bit of a late post, but I really wanted to share my experience at Natural Transplants. I have always had awesome hair, but for the past 7 years my receded hairline had been chipping away at my self-confidence. I’ve been researching hair transplant doctors and clinics for over 5 years, and had never felt comfortable. Even with the stellar reviews, and video testimonials, I was not convinced. Any procedure/s that will have a permanent effect, is something I take very seriously. So after multiple consultations, tons of questions, and independent research, I can assure you that choosing Natural Transplants was not a simple decision. I had my procedure done with Dr. Matt Huebner, and I can honestly say that he is one of the nicest persons I’ve ever met, which made me feel a bit more confident on procedure day. I did not feel rushed at any point, and felt as if everything was about me. I mean, he took the time to draw out my new hairline, made unlimited changes to match exactly what I wanted. We talked about everything, steps of the procedure, what happens next, so many “what if’s”, and questions that no one had ever asked him before. Yes I’m very meticulous with almost everything, but he was patient, and addressed all my concerns which really contributed to the overall experience. The entire staff at Natural Transplants were just awesome, everyone was friendly, and I felt comfortable in every room, and at every step of the procedure. Dr. Huebner was absolutely amazing! I did not feel any pain or discomfort during the procedure, and almost halfway into the procedure I thought to myself, “Why are you still scared?” I realized that everything I was scared about, in reference to the physical procedure, was over, and I didn’t even know it. I would say the only pain I felt, were the injections given to numb the donor area of my scalp, and even that wasn’t too bad, I just have a fear of needles. It’s been about 3 weeks since my procedure at the time of this review, and I CANNOT see the scar at the back of my head. Now I’m being serious, my friends and I looked, we cannot see it! The only thing we see is the shaved area where the strip was taken. I’m sure it’s there, but we cannot see it, and the hair is so short, you can clearly see my scalp. And this is what I was hoping for, all my research paid off. Even the doctor that removed the stiches in Kuwait was impressed with the work. Up until now, Dr. Huebner’s work, the professionalism of his staff, and the results of my procedure have surpassed my expectations, and let me tell you, that’s not easy to do. Now the last thing for me, is to see the final results. I will post an update after my 1 year mark. But everything up until this point have been absolutely amazing, and I cannot find any complaints with my doctor, his technicians, or the awesome receptionist that greets you with a beautiful smile at entry. I just had to say, I love her hair, and her personality! My procedure was done at the Ft. Lauderdale branch.

I recently (6/22/18) had a hair transplant with Dr. Kevin Blumenthal. Dr. Blumenthal is a fairly new addition to the Natural Transplants team, and I’m happy I had the pleasure to work with him to rebuild my frontal hairline and add additional density to the top of my head, especially the recessions. He took the time to draw out my new hairline as well as the areas where the donor hair would be transplanted, explained the entire process throughout the day, and answered all of my questions about the procedure. Dr. Huebner also stopped in numerous times as well to check on me and to ensure everything was going as planned. Having that second set of eyes and being so thorough truly shows the professionalism and attention to detail that these doctors possess. The doctors and the entire staff including Jerry and Nina are all down to earth and value a patient-centered approach. They allowed me to feel incredibly comfortable with the events of the day from start to finish. The surgery is quite painless, the worst part was likely the anesthesia (which I was forewarned about...feels like little bee stings), and during the surgery I was wide awake, watched Netflix, and felt minimal discomfort. Dr. Blumenthal and his team of expert technicians further made me feel like I made the right decision in choosing Natural Transplants. I look forward to moving through the healing process and seeing my new hair growth over the next full year. Dr. Huebner, Dr. Blumenthal, and Natural Transplants staff, thank you for everything. The moment I walked through the door for my appointment (6/15/18), I was warmly greeted by the receptionist, Nina and within 5 minutes of my arrival was greeted by name (with a warm smile) by Dr. Huebner. The office was very clean and inviting. Dr. Huebner and his AMAZING team of technicians were informative, knowledgeable and patient in explaining the process, extremely accommodating and professional. The only part of the process that was uncomfortable (which I was forewarned about) were the VERY NECESSARY anesthesia injections. Aside from the anesthesia injections, I did not experience any additional pain or discomfort. We listened to music and talked, and before I knew it the procedure was over. So far, I am very pleased with the results, and would highly recommend the Natural Transplant Team to anyone seeking hair restoration services!

Excellent experience: I had my procedure done yesterday with Dr. Siegel. From the moment I met him at the elevator up until I was done with the procedure, he and his wonderful staff were awesome. Very professional and down to earth. The environment is very patient centered and focused on providing best customer experience (that’s you and your hair). Dr Siegel did a thorough assessment of my scalp and hairline, and answered every question my husband and I had. He discussed my procedure and expectations. My transplantation went well - Jenny, Elizabeth and Xio were fantastic!. I met with Dr Huebner the next day for post op check up before flying out. Dr. Siegel later called me to check up on my progress and how I coped the previous night! So all in all my experience was great. I look forward to seeing the result in a couple of months.

Dr. Siegal and staff treated me like family they took the time to explain every step of the process, pre surgery and post surgery in detailed. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Dr. Huebner, Jerry, and every single staff member I had the pleasure of meeting during my consultation and procedure day were an absolute delight.

If you are considering a hair transplant, this is the team you want to perform your procedure. I have had 2 FUT procedures by Matt and they have both turned out great. I couldn't be more pleased or satisfied by their professionalism and work ethic. They are surely the hardest working Team of experts in this field, and the results prove it. All I can say is thanks, I thought I would be bald forever, but I finally made the decision and SO happy I did and that I found them. You won't be disappointed, and you better book because my last appointment was 3 months to get a spot, that's how good they are.
