Before I met Dr.Huebner, I went to 4 places in Nyc considered the most elite for hair transplants. I was really turned off by the sense of urgency those places had to rush me into a surgery. They even spammed my phone with calls offering discounts. Dr. Huebner did a FaceTime call with me and recommended Propecia. I still wanted the surgery so we set a date but he continued to advise that it may not be necessary. The week before my surgery, he once again advised me to hold off and to just start Propecia. To me, this shows the level of commitment and honesty to give the best service to his patients. The practice refunded my deposit right away and have been available 24/7 for all my questions and concerns. It's refreshing to me and I could not recommend anyone but Dr. Huebner.

Totally satisfied with FUT mega session. Everyone at this clinic is polite, helpful and nice. I chose Dr Matt for my procedure. He understood my requirements exactly and demonstrated what best could be done for me and I liked his design. The procedure went smoothly and painlessly. Post op instructions were simple and very clear. Dr. Matt is so friendly and makes you very comfortable. He is bundle of energy and cheerfulness. For first three days I texted him photos of the scalp so he could monitor well being of the recipient area. On 13th day after procedure I had sutures removed by Dr. Matt and suture removal was painless and quick. I am very confident that I will have good success in due time. At the moment it has been 23 days from the procedure. Recipient and donor area have healed nicely. There is minor discomfort of the donor area when resting on the pillow but it does not bother me. Recipient area is painless and I feel minor pain when shampooing and expect it to go away within a month. Just like many others I searched web at length before choosing Dr. Matt. The information, videos etc on their website and customer reviews made sense. After the procedure I clearly know I chose the correct clinic and doctor. My procedure was done by Dr. Rose 6 weeks ago. Everything was so much easier than I had feared. It was a full 8 hour day, but the pain since the operation has only been more like discomfort and was able to get great coverage from my donor area to the intended recipient area.
