Top Notch
Natural Retreats' website made choosing and booking a house for our family vacation extremely simple. The photos on the website gave us a great view into each property option, and seemed incredibly accurate once we arrived to the home we selected. Additionally, the communication before our arrival as well as someone there to tour us through the property upon arrival helped acclimate us quickly. We'll definitely be back.

Beautiful comfortable condo- wonderful location.
Beautiful condo- clean, fresh and so beautifully appointed. We loved the deck and gathering spaces. Everything in Ketchum was walking distance and it was super convenient to park in the garage and walk and bike everywhere. When we return to Ketchum, we will return to Natural Retreats for sure!
Response from Natural RetreatsJun 9, 2023
We appreciate your review, Betsy, and we're thrilled you had a wonderful stay with us in Ketchum. Thank you for being our guests; we hope to see you back soon!

I'd Give More Stars If I Could
Words can't explain the level customer service Lauren Sprague provided. We had a group of 20 traveling for a bachelor party and after a series of cancellations within 24 hours leaving us all without a place to stay, Lauren was able to work her magic and miraculously pull something together for us! The house, location, amenities, ability for same day check in, etc. all exceeded our expectations all while VRBO could care less. I'll be working directly with Lauren and her team going forward on any vacation rentals!
Response from Natural RetreatsJun 6, 2023
Hi Jason. Thank you for the review and the kind words about Lauren. We're so pleased that she leaped into action when you and your group had several home cancellations, and we're delighted the home she found for you exceeded expectations! Thank you for being our guests, and we look forward to having you back in the Lakes Region in the future.

R-anchor house was the perfect place…
R-anchor house was the perfect place for a relaxing vacation. It was pet friendly and provided many additional amenities to help keep us occupied…fire pit, ping pong table, golf cart and car pass to Hunting Island State Park. We will definitely be planning another stay!
