Used NR from March 2025 to September 2025. It's a basic service. Since August 2025, the SaaS doesn't work. 2 computers, 3 different IP's, 2 different operating systems, 3 different Web Browsers - and the Service Doesn't work. Happily Canceled Rip-off subscription. **Buyer Beware** Do Not Give This Company Your Money.

For the most part this app/website works ok. There are some pronunciation issues I've encountered that cannot be fixed (saying a "g" in a word as a "j": reg vs. rej). I'm not giving the app/website a 1 star, I'm giving the customer service 1 star, but they definitely deserve 0 stars. I have reached out multiple times with no response. I'm not sure what I'm paying for if I can't get the reader to pronounce words correctly and no one from "customer service" is available/cares to help.

I started using another service and it took hours to read and put downloadable MP3. Natural reader done the job under 3 minutes - the voice I chose was PERFECT (there are so many choices). I have used the free version and I will definitely upgrade. Amazing service to reach the best outcome I needed. User friendly to... 20 0ut of 10, seriously. Thank you

Ho caricato un pdf e l'ha letto malissimo. Soprattutto la voce di Isabella faceva delle pause ogni volta che leggeva da un rigo all'altro, ma anche se non c'erano segni di punteggiatura. Doja Cat l'ha letta "Doia", Central Cee l'ha letto pure male. Tra l'altro per far leggere la voce AI per più di 5 minuti al giorno occorre sottoscrivere un abbonamento. Ma che senso ha se legge così male?

La voz en español/España era aceptable, por los que suscribí la versión básica, ya que mo nescesitaba mas... Cuando acabó la versión prueba y empezó la suscripción de 60€ solo eran accesibles voces tipo GPS, y la única algo aceptable era español-latino americana, con un acento y jerga diferente.... Dinero a la basura

They were not good on Customer service so being a disabled person it was an inconvenience being without it. But the product itself is my go to for me.I have been with them 6 months now and the voices I use on the pro plan allow me flexibility and an intro to cloning my own voice. Since my complaints they turned around and gave me a direct link to correct the issue. I will say they are only a 4 not a 5 today because the customer service issue a few months ago when I switched to a paid plan it kept saying I was a free user and it wouldn't resolve it so I needed a couple emails to escalate it and get a human to help.

En el tiempo de prueba tenía acceso a una voz con calidad, que para mí era suficiente. No necesitaba más voces y por eso escogí la opción básica Cuando me suscribí con la opción básica solo tenia voces tipo GPS o latino-americanas usando, lógicamente, palabras que se usan en Latinoamérica que no se usan en España, supongo que para forzar a pagar la suscripción prémium Dinero a la basura…
