I've seen many responses to complaints about this company claiming that negative reviews are often the result of scammers impersonating the business. However, that doesn't explain my experience. I purchased a doormat directly through Natural Life's website, not through social media or a third-party seller. The first order was lost in transit. When I contacted customer service, they offered to send a replacement at no additional cost. Unfortunately, that shipment was also lost. While I ultimately received a refund, the customer service team seemed completely unsurprised, nonchalant, and unapologetic. That reaction left me with the impression that this type of problem is not uncommon. Will not order from Natural Life again.

I have several clothing items I ordered years back and they were decent, not great quality. I just ordered some pants and the fabric was rough and so sheer and thin, I can't wear them in public. Now, I'm having to go through the very difficult process of setting up a return. If they try to charge me shipping, I will go through my credit card company to have that charge reversed, as the expectation is that the item ordered is usable. I will NEVER order from them again!!!

My items never showed up and the company ghosted me. At least I only spent $50. This is a garbage company run by scam artists. Save your money, shop elsewhere.

This company severely lacks good customer service. My order took exceeding long to ship which they said was due to their website being updated. My purchase was never delivered to my house. Proof of this was provided to the company. A replacement or store credit was not received. While I understand it's the carriers fault it was delivered to the wrong address the company failed to do anything about. I would not recommend ordering from this company as they clearly do not care about their repeat customers.

So disappointed in the quality of the bedding, I have purchased sheets in very pretty prints for all the beds in my house. Every sheet has rips and tears in them, they’re very soft, but they’re extremely thin. They do not hold up to normal wear and tear. For the price you pay for them they should be much better quality than what they are. I love the prints and bright colors, but overall, I’m very unhappy. On another note, I have ordered a few things that were great so not everything they have is poor quality just the sheets.

I went on to order a couple dresses during their 20% off sale with their Easter shop. The sale said everything in the Easter shop is 20% off. You just had to use the code bunny 26. So I went and added the two dresses I was going to purchase and only one dress was 20% off. So I emailed them and we went back-and-forth multiple times. First they were trying to tell me I didn’t add the code correctly. Then a customer service person by the name of Hannah told me that the color I wanted was not included in the sale. But it was clearly in the Easter shop which claimed everything in the Easter shop is 20% off. That is false advertising. They didn’t even try to extend the offer to me. Hannah just kept saying that color is not included, which it clearly was. I have the screenshots to prove it. Terrible, terrible customer service, especially for a return customer who has bought from them numerous times. They were in the wrong and they should’ve made it right.

I purchased a bag as a gift. It was shipping from Jax Fl to SC (4 hour drive) and said it would arrive 3 days later but it didn’t arrive until 12 days later. Tracking shows it went from Jax to Columbia to Charleston to Columbia to Charlotte to Columbia and finally back to Charleston. Obviously it arrived too late and although I contacted customer service, they were just as slow responding as USPS was delivering the bag. When they finally responded, it was after the bag arrived. I requested a return and felt like under the circumstances, I shouldn’t have to pay a return fee since I had already paid for the less than stellar shipping. Well, “Hannah” with NL said the bag arrived on time so it didn’t warrant a free return. The bag was cheap looking, nothing like the pictures, so it wasn’t worth what I paid, much less an added $16 in shipping. I’m still returning it and will tell everyone I know to avoid Natural Life. They don’t care about quality products or their customers.

Loved company and even asked friends to get me gift certificates for Xmas but no more. When free shipping is offered a handful of times during the year, deliveries are horrible. Stock photos of some items can be deceiving and few clothing items are 100 percent cotton. Will not be purchasing again. Ty anyway
