I like the fabric; color and print. The cut of the boho top is boxy ; tight in raglan sleeve and boxy full fabric in bodice. The neckline design is sloppy. Likely my mature age is a factor. This casually made top may work well for a young adult.

Not sure what I was expecting, but the colors and patterns beguiled me. PLUS: The price point was acceptable, and the reviews weren’t terrible. MINUS: Shipping took two weeks, and everything smelled of oil. Had to wash 3x just to mute it. I wash my bedding weekly, and two weeks in, one pillowcase is already ripped. I likely won’t buy again. I absolutely love everything I got, and it’s sad knowing they won’t last. I just don’t think the quality is there, and that’s absolutely antithetical to where we need to be going right now, economically and ecologically.

the XS Berkeley dress was huge. They are charging me to return the dress 7.99 shipping and 4+$ for "restocking" not a good way to do business.

Maybe I’d give Natural Life a 3/4 review. A 4 for cuteness and uplifting messages, a 2/3 for customer service: I bought several things…all of them good but… One was a pop-up bucket that arrived broken…the snaps were missing on the strap that are used to hang it! They wouldn’t allow me to return it because it was a sale item! So, a manufacturing flaw makes it unusable as intended but Natual Life wouldn’t take responsibility. Just be aware that they don’t stand behind their products.

I find their items over priced- by $5-10. I have always thought there products were unique that is why I am a repeat customer. I do think their quality has slipped in the last few years when it comes to their clothes and blankets- I would never by either unless on at least 25% sale. But, there are not a lot of companies out there that have cheerful products that can satisfy a large age range from pre teens to adults. I must admit that I tend to buy from them most often when they are having their big sales. Shipping is a little high too.
