Shipping was fast, purchased blue cozy bathrobe. Arrived with a horrible fish smell, quality poor, fabric flimsy & color washed out. Also made in China , maybe designed in Florida , but low quality Chinese product.

Bought a sheet set from Natural Life 5/28/25. They arrived, but are so incredibly thin! You can see through the top sheet! Also, they’re really not all that soft, even after being washed. I’ve gotten sheets from other sellers that are far higher quality for half the price! Yes, their stuff is cute. But buyer beware: the quality is not there, especially for the prices they want!

First, signing on is ridiculous. I bought some really cute items. The fabric is incredibly cheap. Very thin. One dress I wore tore the first time I wore it. Unfortunately I was in the midst of moving and missed the 30 day return deadline. So I was stuck with over $100 of shamefully poor fabric that I was too embarrassed to wear. Everything went to donation. It’s all adorable but don’t believe the reviews like I did. They could not be authentic. I made up the date below because after 7 steps it’s not worth ge back to my order history. It’s shameful

Nice stuff, but lousy customer service when it comes to returns. Dropped it off at the post office three days ago; have the receipt with the tracking number but it still says USPS is waiting for the item. I’ve emailed them twice already and, like their website says, “chirp” as in crickets as in NO RESPONSE. $150 worth of items! Don’t even want the store credit anymore as I will NEVER purchase from them again.

I purchased some of their mix and match sheets and was immediately disappointed when I received them. The sheets are thin and much darker than pictured online. Their excuse was that they use very bright lighting in their studios. I also was disappointed that the sheets were quite a bit cheaper by the time I received them. They would not refund the difference because I used a coupon. Even though the customer service was poor, I love the fun look of the sheets. I wrote a fair review that was never posted. My second email complaint to their customer service, just recently, was about the sheets bleeding onto my brand new mattress pad. They say they respond within 2-3 business days but they seem to be ignoring my second complaint. I took the time to write another review about the sheets, three days later and it’s not posted on their website. This is dishonest and false advertising to only show 4’s and 5’s. I’m very disappointed.

I purchased sheets from the online store. They are very thin but I was careful with them because they were expensive! Yet the fitted sheet ripped after just TWO washes! By then, it’s too late for a refund so it was just a waste of money. These sheets have also bled all over my mattress and pillow protectors. After two washes, I wouldn’t expect that!

I have purchased clothing many times from this company, and I love the boho styles and prints. Generally, the clothing has been good quality. I recently purchased sheets (which are priced at $120) and they are extremely thin, see through, poor quality. I wrote an honest, but not disparaging review, of 3 stars. They did not publish it. Suspiciously enough, none of their items have any reviews below 4 stars. Shady and misleading. Makes me not want to shop there anymore.

I was very unsatisfied with the quality of the bedding once it arrived. The zippers on the pillows were very sloppy, the quilt was very thin, the fitted sheet barely got onto my mattress (that might be on me, the size was full/queen, and I have a queen).
