Ridiculously slow shipping. I spent a hundred dollars just to get free shipping. All I ordered were headbands. The order was supposed to come today, 6 days from shipment date and now it's been delayed.

*Updated to add that my order was placed through the legitimate Natural Life website and NOT a scam website or link from another site. I’ve purchased from them before and always use their actual website. Natural Life quality has gone down hill. They used to offer more 100% cotton options but a lot of the items are synthetic now. If you can find cotton pieces the fabric is so thin now. Their website has no proper “Contact” info, you need to put it in the search bar and then it’s only AI agents that will get back to you. Someone said their clothes come from China and that’s why it takes so long to receive them. This makes sense because one of the worst things about shopping with Natural Life aside from the lower quality and lack of customer service is they use a “last mile” shipping company out of Canada called UniUni. This has to be one of the most horrible and dishonest delivery companies I’ve ever experienced. It’s been 2 weeks since I placed my order and the package has not moved for days. I’ve gotten 2 notifications from UniUni that they attempted 2 deliveries which is an outright lie. I’ve been home and I have cameras, no one ever came to my house on the days or times they said they came to the door. Plus I don’t need to receive it in person, they could just leave the package in front of my door, so the lies are egregious. Check their reviews on Trust Pilot, their ratings are some of the worst I’ve ever seen. I’ll never shop Natural Life again.

Cheap cheap cheap material!!

Here’s an updated version with that point included: I placed an order with Natural Life on 29 May 2026, with an estimated delivery time of 3-7 business days. Well beyond that timeframe, I still hadn’t received my order and had to chase the company myself to find out where my parcel was. Only after following up was I informed that I would need to pay £151.26 in customs charges, on top of the €544.95 I had already spent on dresses. At no point during checkout was it made sufficiently clear that I could be hit with such significant additional costs. To make matters worse, I still have no idea what the quality of the clothing is because I haven’t even received my order yet. I’ve also been been told that because this is an international purchase, I cannot return the items if they don’t fit or meet expectations. Customer service has been equally disappointing. There doesn’t appear to be any way to speak to a real person, only an AI chatbot, which has been unhelpful when trying to resolve my concerns. For an order of this value, I expected proper customer support. This has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. Poor communication, unexpected customs charges, no meaningful customer service, and a restrictive returns policy have completely ruined what should have been an exciting purchase. I certainly won’t be ordering from Natural Life again and would urge other international customers to think twice and read the terms very carefully before buying. This version is firm and factual, which tends to make reviews more credible and persuasive.

Horrible quality sheets. Way too expensive for the lack of quality. I’ve gotten higher quality Cotton sheets at Target for a fraction of the price.

Shipping is taking forever, and my order keeps getting delayed. I will never order from them again!

For over two years, I've bought all of my clothes from Natural Life, never disappointed. Then everything changed. Clothes are incredibly thin, sizing is inconsistent even between the same two items in different colors. When I reported my concerns to customer svc, I received an email asking me to report my concerns to a different department with a link. Amazing and so disappointed. I loved this store, but won't shop there again 😢

I have been a long time customer but no more. I purchased several pieces from them since February and received a dress a birthday gift in April. Two items have already gotten holes and are tearing the seams due to the poor quality. I was disappointed in natural life’s response when I reached out. First, they were very slow to reply and I had to reach out twice as they did not respond to my first message. Second, they never apologized or took accountability for their item’s quality or issues. They instead said I should reached out within 30 days. They offered a store credit or 15%. Honestly, I do not want to buy anything from them. If I was them I would have been appalled that my items were breaking after mere months. The quality has gone down hill and natural life does not care.
