I bought 3 dresses from them and I'm really happy with my purchase! These days it can be hard to know when a review for or against a company is paid for or not. All I can offer is that my review is legitimately my own. Integrity is important to me! These dresses have appropriate labels and the designs and fabrics are flattering. Even my teenage daughters loves their dresses! :)

I am so happy I found this company! I have ordered from them at least three or four times since December when I bought a bunch of cute stuff for the kids for Christmas, and haven't stopped since. Subsequently was super happy with their 8-in-one pocket crossbody which I use at work to keep my nursing scissors, pens etc in place. Without that, all my stuff kept falling out (and getting lost) of my scrub pockets in the car or at work, becoming a drag to replace. AND have received compliments from pretty much all my RN colleagues about how cute this crossbody is, with them wanting to know where I bought it! With their car document organizer, I keep all my receipts in one place and don't have to worry about losing them; it is a Godsend and what I was looking for for years. I got a million complements on one of their necklaces, and am still finding more accessories like the pop up car trash can that I am planning to order next. Also, their prices are so reasonable, and I've had no issues with billing or shipping. Hence the five stars. Please note: the date of experience below is approximate.

I have been buying from natural life for a few years now. I love their products. Cute and whimsical designs. easy to return and always mailed out quickly and delivered on time. Very happy with them

I absolutely love love everything in this store and all my purchases! I get so excited to see what they come out with next. My car and bedding accessories are by far my favorite but the clothes and hair are cute too. Customer Service was a great help. My only complaint would be the oversize t shirts are really oversized so if your plus size dont order to big!

Received my order yesterday. Haven’t tried on the t-shirt yet….but just put the thermal on. Feels lovely, love the weave and the little cats embroidered. Wear an XL and it fits true to size. The only problem is that the ragged shoulder seam stitch is on the outside instead of sewn with it turned in. Suspect they got a bunch of these in sewn this way. I'd attach a picture but don't see a way to do that on this platform. I did hear from natural Life, and they explained that the seam on the outside is intentional (assume it has to do with manufacturing), and that it does in fact mention it in the product information. I went back and looked and it does indeed, I just didn't understand what it meant. The T-shirt fit well....but can't tell you how lovely the thermal feels on. I think the outside seam looks a little odd, but I plan to order another anyway!

I’m shocked at all of the bad reviews. Maybe it’s because I’ve never had to return anything but I love the designs and I’ve bought an oversized blanket, a mug and a journal from them. Never had any issues.

I think most write reviews when something has gone wrong but I'll leave a great one. My package was very late and had gotten stuck in transit. I grew impatient and asked for a refund with a promise that I would pay for it if it ever showed up. I was immediately granted the full amount. This was the first awesome thing. Then the package did arrive about a month later. By then I had already decided I didn't want what I had ordered and was going to return it if it did show. So I contacted Natural Life and asked what I should do. Their response was "Keep or donate the items". Wow!

I ordered a dress for a memorial service from another company, with expedited shipping. It never came. In a panic, I ordered a similar dress from Natural Life. Customer service helped me find it and had it shipped promptly. It came in time and I love the dress. Adorable, good quality.
