It took over nice days for them to even ship out my order! By the time they shipped it out they had to refund me because they didn’t have the items i originally ordered. My first piece of clothing from natural life I bought at goodwill and fell in love with. I spent close to $200 over a week ago and still do not have any clothing. I reached out to them about the shipment and received an AI response. No apology or anything for having to issue me a refund. If they would have shipped my order out a few days after ordering then I would probably have what I ordered. I will see how my order is when I get it but I don’t have any hope that I will even receive it at this point. If I do get my order I will never order again. I do believe I will not get it as the tracking order number doesn’t take me anywhere. I’m going tot I’ve this a few days and if still no response or items I’ll call my bank. This is very frustrating. Also, on their page I don’t believe those are true reviews

Most horrible customer service ever. If you return any item that is defective, they charge you a return shipping fee. Also if you do not receive a package or it's stolen, they only refund you 50% back or they give you a credit. I had opened a dispute after not receiving package then next day it was delivered to me damaged. So i called my credit card company to close the dispute, I then returned the damaged dresses. After 30 days later i still have not received a refund even though I sent them proof from my Credit card account that the dispute is closed and sent them my credit card account showing i was re-charged for the dresses. They have still refused to refund me with an excuse that its the bank holding the funds. What a night mare. I will never ever order from this company again.

I returned the paper thin cheap product materials within a week and they would not refund total amount. Clothes are so cheap and refund policy is a scam

Loved these dresses, until I realized quality was poor. Apparently they are disposable dresses..ie one season. Only wore them a handful of times and multiple items have holes. Bummer.

Terrible return experience. I ordered 2 items, promptly returned both, exchanging one of the items. They offer return or exchange. I received the exchange and then promptly returned that. My money was given back in the form of a gift card. I called and was told gift card was what I checked. I have no way of knowing, but I accept I may have checked the wrong box. I explained that I just wanted my credit card reimbursed, no gift card. They wouldn’t budge. I then got a call that they credited my card for one of the items. The associate said they met me half way. If they could cancel the gift card and reimburse for one, they can obviously do it for both. They have their product and my money. Be careful when returning, their website can be confusing. I’d advise calling and having an associate take care of any returns or exchanges.

Disgusting bongo’s tracking number and scam artist I’m going to contact my credit card to get back money !! Beware of this company

Waited weeks for my items. They sent said it was delivered but I never got it. They sent it out a second time. Same thing, said it was delivered and I never got. When I asked for a refund they asked if it was ok to get a certain amount and I said absolutely not. They said they would refund me the whole amount on March 11th and it would take 3 to 5 days. Its now March 29th and I never received a refund. Emailed them again and waiting g for response. This whole thing, since it started, began in early January when I ordered my clothes. It's now late March and I'm still dealing with them.

Horrible customer service it’s been almost a month that I placed the order… ok that’s one thing but I have no clue where my order is because the tracking number that they provided me doesn’t even state where when or who they are shipping with it’s bogus!!! And when I reached out to customer service they are no help at all they don’t answer any of my questions just say that they are backed up on orders because of the sale they just did??? Like what the f…??? that has nothing to do with tracking or where my order is or when can I expect it at this point I’m not even sure if I’m even going to get my order I’m starting to think it’s a scam So upset 😭
