Natural Area RugsReviews of naturalarearugs.com

Great product, timely delivery. This is a consistent reliable company, in our experience. I would return here again and again for rugs.

The piece is a rug I received the samples, they were all falling apart and they were too small to really verify how it would look in one area. It was disappointing and it was hard to tell if it was just the size of the sample that was falling apart or if all your rugs fall apart. I don’t want to buy from your company from that sample experience. I wish you well. But the samples showed a lack of caring and poor product quality.

I found the customer service rep to be very helpful; Answered my email quickly. The Phone answering system however needs some updates.

I am very happy with my purchase. It looks as advertised on the website. It took a little while to ship, but I am accustomed to using amazon prime shipping. Overall, I am very satisfied.

Perfect, everything is perfect, i love my rug!

Needed to cover our bare steps as our aging dog needed the traction. These treads are perfect. Had to order one custom piece to match and they all came together quickly and exactly as advertised. Priced reasonably. Installation was easy - highly recommend.

Rugs are beautiful ! Got to us faster than we expected. Customer service was awesome when our second order binding color had to be changed due to an error on our part. Thank you so much. We wi be ordering again!

The rugs are beautiful and just as explained in the description.
