Natural Area RugsReviews of naturalarearugs.com

The sisal carpet I ordered is beautiful! It was shipped from California to Virginia without any issues. I would definitely order again!

Ordered a rug a year ago... It was a great looking indoor rug. It was a good American made product. :-}

In spite of logistical problems related to the pandemic, the company did an excellent job. The rugs look nice in the house and appear well made.

Great Customer Service. Product delivered as promised - I have no complaints. I highly recommend this vendor.

Ordered stair treads for my house so my shepard, who has degenerative myleopathy, could come upstairs. The delivery came quickly and were easy to install. They work amazing and look great.

If you have cats you need these rugs. I have seven seagrass rugs including 8' and 12' runners, round and rectangular area rugs, and a door mat. They range from a few months to eight years old. The seagrass rugs are incredibly durable and perfect if you have cats. From scratching to vomiting, these rugs show no wear and do not stain as they are highly water resistant. The natural, sustainable materials are a huge bonus! I haven't had to interact with customer service so I can't comment on that. Shipping times are occasionally a bit lengthy but that's not a big deal to me. The rugs are packaged extremely well everytime. Great products at a fair price and made in the US! That's a tough combination to come by these days.

I could not have been happier with the person who helped me with my order. The carpets shipped on time and were securely wrapped. The color of the carpet and the border around the carpet is just as described !!!!! Love the colors One of the carpets does however have some uneven weaves and loose threads. Please let me know if this is normal....

I have purchased rugs from Natural Area Rugs for years. Always satisfied until now. The 6X9' Westminster we ordered looks great but one row of weave has about an 8" section where a stitch was missed. The run is grey and white but the grey thread was dropped for some reason. I can provide a photo if you like. Very obvious if you look down on it. I would have returned it but the wrappings had been thrown out while we were painting the room and it just seemed like too much of a hassle at that point.
