The staff were very helpful throughout the project. The samples and my order were shipped very quickly. Thank you

After difficulty on the web site, I got excellent phone support -- a representative was immediately available, and efficiently and accurately took my order on the phone. As a bonus, he had a useful workaround for the web site, and passed on the issue to the tech team to fix.

Great product and service with the Natural Area Rugs folks. Very happy with stair treads we ordered. They blend well with our dark wood and have made it a lot easier for our pup to make it up the stairs.

I purchased sisal remnants to build cat scratchpads and furniture. The material itself was very high quality, and it came with more than I expected. I had purchased the same thing from a competitor in the past, and the quality & quantity from Natural Area Rugs was significantly better. Plus quick shipping, I would certainly recommend them!

I ordered 10 pounds of remnants to make scratchers for the kitties we foster. We received a tidy roll of three varieties of sisal that is perfect for our needs. Very fast service and I'm completely happy with both the cost and products we received.

I received my carpet and I was amazed to the quality of the carpet. I highly recommend them because there products are so good. :)

I never received my order and had no updates from your company and yet you send me an email asking to rate my experience??? Please refund me or
