Natural Area RugsReviews of naturalarearugs.com

I have bought various rugs, in the past, from Natural Area rugs. Excellent product and service. I had bought stair treads for my last house from them, but recently moved, so ordered new stair treads for my new house. They arrived today, installed them and they look great! I checked my info for the previous stair treads and I see they were made in China, but the ones I received today says made in USA, which makes me a lot happier. I especially like being able to get samples in advance of making a decision; it's very helpful as colors are often very different from how they appear on a computer screen.

Well made beautiful rug.

We ordered sisal remnants to make cat scratch pads with. The remnants were exactly what we needed. High quality, too. The cats were *instantly* drawn to them!

Beautiful carpets! Excellent product quality and fast delivery.

I have been buying seagrass rugs from Natural Area Rugs for ten years and have always been happy. The quality is excellent and they have always arrived quickly, even when ordering custom sizes.

I don't usually make a review unless I am super satisfy with my purchase so it is worth of my time :) I bought this rug made out of sea grass and placed under our dining table. Totally it brings a modern look with character of organic, mother earth vibes. The way the "thread"weaves were strongly grasp that shows a good quality of craftsmanship. (I should know, coz my parents were expert of weaving basket) I am super satisfy with this rug and i will highly recommend to everyone. Kudus! - Medard

This is my third time ordering from Natural Area Rugs. The customer service is excellent - they go way above and beyond to help with choosing rugs. The shipping is quick and free, which is not very common these days. The quality of the rugs are excellent (in fact the rug I ordered is exactly the same as one from Crate and Barrel, where it is more expensive and shipping charges are expensive). Will definitely order from them again in the future.

I was happy to find and environmentally friendly way to get a rug for inside my front door the explanations of the different grasses and their strengths and weakness was extremely helpful as we are in the north east and will be dealing with snow covered shoes. I selected a seagrass rug and its is just as pictured . very happy with my purchase
