Giving this company one star is actually out of generosity and because there’s no option to give them nothing. Customer Service is very poor. Pls don’t be carried away by the lifetime warranty they promise, as they just make you suffer and wait endlessly without resolving issues

NO valid response or customer support. I have been waiting for my order to be delivered for over 1 month. I reached out several times and got little to no info. Now I've been told to "immediately coordinate with the carrier to align a smooth pick up process" myself. This is not customer service telling the customer to figure it out for themselves. They are not answering any of my messages in the live chat. I'm pretty sure they send my product to a wrong country. This is a joke. I advice that you never buy directly from this site.

Tip broke right off usbc to c, laptop charging chord. Bought in store at the Source and should have been replaced in store. A changed policy made unaware to the customer now has be contacting Native Union so I can send them back they broken chord and wait for a new one. A rigmarole has been a stresfull pain as I rely on my laptop for work and can not afford to spend excess money parts that should be replaced promptly. No thank you to The Source and No Thank you to Native Union, this is not a user friendly system and I will not be shopping around for you items if this is what it means to have something replaced "in store".

I ordered my laptop stand 2 month ago and already after one month of normal use it shows scratches and marks. Contacted the customer support two times but I received standard copy-paste answer trying to blame it on me that I probably didn't use it properly (in their second email they assumed that I most probably didn't extend the fold completely ?! ). In my opinion they sell cheap low-quality products shipped from Hong Kong and their customer service is miserable. Do yourself a favour and spend your money somewhere else.

Bought product on Black Friday from US website and almost passed 1 month and order was cancelled. Nice... Best service ever. Waited my order with crappy promises from support that the order will be shipped... As the result after one month order cancelled as fraud... The original reason is from my vision that they are not shipping to international delivery services, or my order is not in stock. But instead of canceling an order after my emails to them after 4-5 business days that passed, and nothing was send, they said many times 'We will send you an email with a tracking number once the courier picked up the replacement in our warehouse.' And only after my fifth email they cancelled an order as fraud...

Aldrig bestil direkte fra Native Union! Hvis du ønsker at købe Native Union produkter så forslår jeg at du bestiller fra andre leverandør såsom Apple. Jeg har haft den værste kunde service. De bruger det samme auto-response på alle mine mails og svare faktisk aldrig på mine spørgsmål. Tror aldrig jeg har været i kontakt med et menneske derfra. Men de var 3 uger om at lokalisere min pakke (som var mistet) for at fortælle mig at den faktisk var ankommet for 2 uger siden. Var nede i posthuset for at hente den, men blev fortalt at den var blevet sendt tilbage igen da den havde ligget der i for lang tid. Aldrig bestil fra dem direkte, er mit bedste forslag. Er deres kvalitet god? Det skal jeg ikke kunne for har ikke modtaget min pakke endnu. Måske bare bedre at holde sig helt fra dem.

The warranty process was overwhelming. After providing exactly what was required (purchase receipt, proof of purchase, and pictures showing the cable was functioning), I was still requested to send a video (which was too long for me to load or send a picture of the cable cut in half. I truly felt to a certain degree that they really did not want to honor the warranty and I was not trusted, even after providing evidence of the malfunctioning product. I wasted a lot of time dealing with an item that cost less than $30.
