I have purchased 2 cables from Native Union and BOTH have broken. They are cheaply made. Do NOT a waste your money on this company! Not worth it!

The products are fine, if they show up. Customer service is a 0/10. My order was attempted to be delivered and somehow is stuck in the delivery depot – not Native Union’s fault, I get it. But since then, I’ve exchanged a dozen emails with their pathetic customer service trying to arrange a redelivery or refund – they won’t budge. I’ve now got an item sitting in a depot and I’ve been asked to sort it out myself (“However, it seems there may have been some complications in the delivery process. To get more clarity on these attempts and ensure a successful delivery, we kindly request that you contact Colissimo directly. They will be able to provide you with specific information about the delivery attempts and any possible next steps”). Simply embarrassing. Won’t be ordering again.

Buy with caution. Charging cable connected to iPhone caught fire during the night. Luckily I woke to see smoke and flames coming from lead. ** AVOID THESE FIRE HAZARDS **

I think it was my worst customer service experience they send me the wrong charger after two months I sent them emails they do not appreciate the customer's timely not offer a solution. They just generic robotic email answers without solutions they don’t take responsibility. I can say that my father and I buy from them for thousands of dollar and was happy with our quality but after this experience where they sent me the wrong charger, I will never buy from native union again

Do not trust this company. Their customer services team are virtually absent and their returns process doesn’t work because they insist on the return being sent internationally but they won’t interact with their local customs and so the return cannot reach them from the UK. I’ve bought a product (laptop sleeve) from this company that is very poorly designed and I can’t send it back. I would avoid this company at all costs

Native Union seem to be a premium brand, with high quality items. And perhaps they are, but the Customer Service experience I had was nothing short of appalling. The goods never arrived, then I had to chase them for a response via Whatsapp/Instagram and email. Eventually I heard back from them that there was nothing they could do. They offered me a refund for the goods I never received - as though it was some sort of favour, instead of basic courtesy. AVOID. I was fooled by the glossy looking products but at the end of the day, if the customer service is non-existent, you're on your own if anything goes wrong. Never again.

Native Union is a scam. Their products last for a day and don’t bother to contact the customer service. There’s no reply. I threw my moneys worth away but keep rreceiving their spam mails. You just can’t opt out. A definitely don’t buy.

Poor quality products and even worse customer service... I have bought several cables, cases and chargers from Native Union. Given their lifetime warranty, I foolishly thought they would be high-quality and last a long time. However, the product quality is trash, constantly breaking, and the warranty is unreasonably difficult to fulfil. Currently, I have a broken GAN charger, a cable where the end has fallen off, and a 'sustainable' phone case that fell apart after a couple of days. The charger gets hot all the time, even when it's charging nothing. Native Union are insisting that I provide evidence of the fault, which I cannot do with a regular camera. Do they expect me to get a thermal camera to get a warranty replacement on a charger? It's beyond stupid.
