You order an item and attempt to cancel it not even 10 minutes after. But here’s the magic, Native Union blocks you the option to do so! Then attempt to contact the customer NO-service which isn’t available during working days, which tells they have automatic process so nothing can be for surely done. But wouldn’t this be an acknowledgment before shipping of the issue itself by their customer service? Absolutely disgraced they have the specs of the electronics in small print which you hardly find, and that their policies are what they are. I think these policies are only money grabbing tactics.
