Buy a cheaper alternative The 3-in-1 charger stopped working after 8 month of use and they refused to fix it as I don’t have a receipt (it was a gift) although I provided a serial number so they can track the item. In reality ‘Native Union’ is the same bad quality as any cheap brandless charger. You are just paying for the brand which is worthless because their customer service is also bad. So you would be better off buying any cheaper charger and it will serve you just as well. The only reason to but Native Union would be as a ‘nice’ gift to someone. But here is the catch - it’s not nice when it breaks after 8 month.

Secondo, je m’abonne mais je ne reçois pas le code de réduction:(( en revanche je reçois les news :( Tertio, le service clients est relativement long à répondre (au delà de 24H) et j’ai du m’y reprendre à trois fois pour obtenir un nouveau code (car péremption du premier code mais ce n’était pas dit)… et ben ya du boulot sur la planche pour atteindre 5*

Terrible package still not arrived after 10 days. Ordered it for a holiday and have left without it. Useless.

After the initial 48 hr prompt responses via email regarding my order missing an item, nothing... crickets! either tell me that I'm getting the item or refund me the item. It's not that hard.

Customer Service is a fraud! I filed for return because I was not satisfied with the quality of my ordered products. That was on September 3rd. No reply yet! After contacting customer "service" they just replied I have to file for return, what I did! I will use PayPal buyers protection to resolve. What a bad service!

Love the brand and the product. Unfortunately, the customer service is not compatible with the premium brand image and price point they set out to target. All of my product damaged during shipping, customer service said will investigate, did not follow up at all. Still waiting to hear back after I sent follow up without any responses.

Ordered multiple items on the first day of private sale. Didn’t see any updates on shipping for a week then contacted customer service. Three days later, my order got cancelled because of their error. Unacceptable! Although they tried to make compensation, not receiving the items I liked and wanted is still very disappointing.

In 2022, while in France, I purchased a Native Union cable through Amazon France. This year, the cable stopped functioning. Since I am Brazilian, I activated the warranty and provided my Brazilian address for the arrival of the new cable. The customer service that is "answering" my email request refuses to send it to Brazil, providing an excessive amount of contradicting information, terrible English, and an unwillingness to address the situation.
