Far superior quality cables and excellent customer service. Native Union makes some pretty tough braided cables and we have used them for several years, replacing most all of our cables when we purchase new devices. Our youngest daughter needed a new cable a few months ago and we got her one of the 10' USB-C cables. Well, she came to us today with the tip broken off and was quite distraught because her phone wouldn't charge. Native Union has a 2 year warranty (3 year if you register on their website which I did) so I proceeded to hit up live chat and provide a few pictures and a copy of my digital receipt from Best Buy. The entire process was extremely quick and almost effortless. Top notch!

I contacted Native Union for replacement of a charging cord that stopped working. Their customer service team responded the same day. I was shocked!!! I thought it was a fluke BUT this level of responsiveness and customer service was consistent. It continued throughout the process until my issue was properly resolved and I was informed that a new charger will be sent out to me. Because of how they handled the situation, I decided I will be purchasing their products from here on out! No hassle, just all business with them!
