Native UnionReviews of nativeunion.com

There are a lot of positive things to say, but will keep it in three words. Excellent. Very commendable in providing excellent customers service. I ordered 3 items, first there was confusion and mistakes on the total amount on the invoice because of the different rate of each country, and the team was actively response and assisted me to fixed it immediately. Satistied. Very Satisfied to be specific. Fatestest delivery even it is international shipping. Quality products, what do you see in the website are completely same when you received the items. Products are minimalist and fashionable. Recommend. I genuinely reco their products to you who is reading this, I assure you that you will feel the same way what I felt about their service as well as their products. Can’t wait to purchase another items soon.

These chargers work extremely well. But just like any other ones, they eventually break. But with the lifetime warranty, and fast customer service, this brand definitely does not disappoint.

Great customers service, i received a new charging cable in a week using the lifetime warranty. Friendly stuff and fast responding

Wrote to them regarding 3 cords where the tips fall off . They don't last and they need to improve them. They did send me 3 new cordw, hopefully they will improve product.

Thank you for the best customer service ever! Kind and fast and polite. Great cables also, functional and fantastic design. Kind regards from Anna

I started using Native Union products primarily because of their warranty which is best in market as far as I am aware. For the first time I had to use the warranty and I am generally pleased with the response. From start to finish it was a less than two days and I had my replacement cable in hand within a week. I don’t mind paying more for a product as long as a company stands behind their warranty and Native Union absolutely does.

I’ve ordered several 10ft USB-A to lightning cables ( friends/family). They are better than ANYTHING out there. Oddly enough I experienced my first failure last week. Went to plug my cable into my phone and the lightning piece completely broke off IN my phone. This cable was less than 6 months old. I reached out to Native Union customer service and after sending them a picture of the failed cable I have a new replacement cable. It took a week start to finish! THAT’S Customer Service!

Thanks NATIVE UNION my problems is solve, I bought a usb lighting cable type C back in January and by July cable weren’t work properly , I contact native union and within a week they send me a new one, again thanks
