Good customer service, easy warranty process.

What a good and fast service. My iPad charging cable broke after 3 years. I reported this and received a replacement cable within 1 week at no charge.

My cable stopped working after 2 1/2 years. Native Union honored my lifetime warranty and sent out a new cable within 2 weeks. I did have to provide some information which I got from my original receipt and box. All correspondence was over email.

We purchased two Native Union 8 ft. charging cables in 2021. Recently one of the cables stopped charging. We notified Native Union and sent them the documentation they requested. Native Union sent us a replacement cable within 7 days. We were very happy with Native Union's quick response and resolution of our problem.

Customer service was amazing. I received my replacement product in a week and it was very easy to to sell with the service team. Timely responses!
