The online chat function actually works! Someone contacted me straight away and was able to provide information which resolved the issue for us easily.

Made a recent purchase w Native Union, and was impressed by customer service on two accounts; First, when I enquired on the status of express shipping, as one of the items in the package was meant as a gift - replies were prompt, and from an actual team member instead of being routed through rigid chatbots. Fuss-free, and I got the information required within hours. Second, when one of the phone cases arrived slightly defective (for peeling leather). I wrote in and always got a reply/resolution within 24h - with one documentation picture for the error, the replacement is now on the way. Props to the team for prompt and efficient customer service!

Native union has always provided excellent charging cables, we have had 2 that stopped working outside the years warranty but native union have always provided excellent customer care and replaces our cables with no hassle. I will always use them to buy my charging cables.

I bought one of the NU 3m, extra strength Lightning cables in early 2018. I have since claimed for 3 replacements under the lifetime warranty and although that means the product has broken, they replaced it quickly each time. It was definitely worth the money and the Company has been excellent to deal with.

Hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had with a brand. So far they have replaced two cables with no hassle. Keep in mind this is after buying about 30 cords and accessories for our studio with no problems. Native union is the only brand we use. And would proudly recommend any of their products.

I bought four smart hub PD units two years ago for my family and we all find them great to travel with and an effective accessory. One of the plug adaptors came apart. Native Union responded immediately and replaced it without question, sending one FOC from Hong Kong. Great service and a great product.
