I’ve had one of the extra long cables for a couple years and the end sadly snapped off. Native Union were so helpful and sent me a replacement as the product is great so I was keen to keep it. Elline from the team was so lovely and sorted it out for me really fast!

AirPods Case had a minor defect and once I reported the issue, they processed a replacement without hesitation! Excellent customer service and would definitely order from them again as they take good care of their customers

I have been using native union cables for at least 10 years now. They are rugged, well made, and ideal for daily and travel use. Last year I bought two USB-C cables, and earlier this month, one of them suddenly stopped working. As I had registered both cables online for warranty, I emailed Native Union seeking advice. Within four days, which included a weekend, Elline resolved the issue, and I couldn’t be happier. I am so glad I can continue enjoying the use of these cables. I plan to buy more as gifts for friends too!

I ordered my first case, really loved it, packaging was awesome and exiting! But after a bit more that a month of careful use it started to peel off. And I just left it like it is. But then advertising in Instagram popped up, and I decided to write a comment about my experience. The answer was super fast, wow! I emailed them same as I wrote at the comment in inst, and customer support was really nice and kind, fast, supper detailed! 5 stars! So we ended up with a replacement. I provided a short video of what happened, and in less that a week I got the same case, but better!! Because they changed technology of making them and now it looks stronger! So I can tell my experience with native union was really good.

I’m an overall huge fan of the Native Union company & their products for many reasons. They make the best variety and by far best quality tech accessories available for anyone, regardless of what device you own, but they are especially great for the widely popular Apple products, including iPhones, iPads, laptops, and all versions of AirPods. They also have what I consider to be revolutionary charging cables, as they have models that are 3 meters long (9.8ft) with a small leather belt to wrap it up and secure it for travel as well as cables with a large weighted ball near the end that plugs into your device so that it can rest on any table surface without falling off like any other cord would, and both of these types of chargers are made from the best materials, with nice braided cables available in several nice colors as well as coming in every type of charger imaginable-USB-C to lightning/USB-C to USB-C/USB-A to lightning/ USB-A to USB-C/USB-C to universal (has both usb-c and lightning chargers so it can be used for several different types of devices) etc. They also offer MagSafe chargers that, of course, come in the same quality braided cable and variety of colors. There are endless options for high quality phone cases, including MagSafe versions for iPhone, as well as really beautifully made MagSafe docks for iPhones made with weighted aluminum that allows you to charge your iPhone at the same time while it’s also angled at a great view for working at a desk or placing on your bedside table. There’s many different AirPods cases, available for every model and coming in several styles and colors and material types-including the highest quality leathers. Their power adapters are amazing as well, available in single and multiple outlet versions that allow you to charge multiple devices at once, and they’re all ultra high speed charging as well. There’s many, MANY other great tech accessories available as well, any and every single type you could think of, and they’re all made with the highest and best quality. Another great thing about every product is that it comes with a lifetime warranty against all defects as well as a 2 year warranty for anything. I recently made my first every warranty claim on a charger I bought a bit over 2 years ago, as I went to plug it in the other day and the piece that goes into my phone snapped off. All it took to have Native Union send me another replacement out immediately was me sending an email with a photo showing the broken piece, a photo of the UPC label with batch code on the box, and proof of purchase (which I bought online from best buy and just pulled up my purchase history and sent screenshots of it, but if you register your product on their website it automatically starts the warranty and you won’t need a proof of purchase or anything when making a claim, but if you don’t register your item then be sure to keep the box and receipt/proof of purchase to make a claim in the event you ever need to) and everyone from customer service was extremely kind and helpful and made it the quickest and easiest warranty claim ever. I honestly wasn’t even aware of the warranty tbh, so once the cable broke I was a bit upset since I absolutely loved it, as it was the 3 meter long belt cable and it allowed me to still use my phone while charging, unlike the tiny and poorly made chargers from Apple that come wirh the phones. And I was a bit sad but I’d had it for sooooo long and absolutely got my moneys worth from it, but I went to buy another charger to replace it and noticed the mention of warranty on their website and just to see if my particular item was eligible, I submitted a claim. And the morning my charger broke, I took a photo of it and put it on my social media story on IG just as a “bad luck day moment” and realized I still had the photo on my phone even though I’d already thrown the charger out so I was able to use that and find the proof of purchase from my Best Buy account history and I also happened to still have the box it came in, as even the box is really nice and premium, so I was keeping additional chargers in it, and I just happened to have everything needed to fully satisfy the warranty requirements. Though I’m sure if I didn’t have rhe box, they’d have still worked with me. But this is a great reason to register your product, because most people will not have the box or receipt years after buying a charger. But I’m more than pleased with the beautifully made, elegant looking products that last long and work well and are backed by a warranty, which is why I immediately went to buy the MagSafe charger and dock and AirPods Pro 2 case when my old charger broke, but because they know they make great products and have great customer service, I’m also getting a replacement from my 3 year old charger and it further proves how great this company is overall. 10/10
