Personally I don’t like to write a review, but I will continue to buy cables from this brand, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that if the mobile phone cable breaks, it can be replaced for free! This after-sales service is something no one else has.

I recently got a charging stand and there’s issue with the joint which makes it hard to use. Contact the support and they get back to me within 48 hr and offer to send me a replacement with equal amount of value since the exact same one is out of stock. The agent was very responsive and I’m happy with my experience.

Customer service was very quick to respond to my warranty case. After providing the information requested, they immediately sent me a new wire. I would say about a week from initial contact to receiving a replacement in the mail.
