Swiftly dispatched, with very good tracking. The water bottle was coming from China so it did take a few days but it arrived very well packaged and in perfect condition.

I had an issue with a 10 foot re-charging cord that I purchased from Native Union and they listened to my concerns and handled it as well as any company I have dealt with-very professional and timely. I would recommend their products and their company when purchasing items like this as they stand behind their product with exemplary customer service. Very refreshing as a customer. Ottima esperienza d'acquisto. I prodotti sono veramente ottimi. Passando per Amazon, sono un loro felice cliente da anni ma questa volta ho deciso di acquistare direttamente dal sito. Spedizione puntuale, pagamento e check out (gestiti da Shopify) ottimi. Peccato solo che non sia arrivata nessuna conferma di spedizione con il relativo codice di tracciamento. Probabilmente un errore (perdonabile visto che era disponibile dalla pagina di conferma dell'ordine). La consegna è avvenuta con PosteItaliane/SDA e, dal momento dell'ordine alla consegna, sono passati esattamente 4 giorni. Ben in anticipo rispetto ai preventivati 6gg lavorativi. L'articolo (il W.F.A backpack) è, come al solito di ottima qualità ed è arrivato ben imballato. Molto consigliato, acquisterò sicuramente di nuovo.
