STAY AWAY. Appalling product and terrible l customer service. Product does not work. how they are selling products via apple i have no idea. I ordered directly to find it does not charger my apple watch or AirPods.

This is a dishonest company with appealing marketing, but terrible products. I'm still in the process of a return. I sent an email that went unanswered for 8 days. I followed up every day, still with no answer. On the 8th day I went on their live chat and someone told me I would be getting an answer to my email within the hour. Cool. The answer said they want me to return the cables I bought for further inspection, and to await more instructions to follow within 24 hours. It's now 20 hours later and I'm 99.99% confident I'm not going to be hearing anything in the next 4 hours. Their live chat is now offline at 3pm PST On a Friday (even though it was online this same time Thursday). Their phone line says no one is available and tells me to leave a message. And their emails do not get responses without a follow-up via one of the two methods I just mentioned. Don't waste your money on this disgusting company with absolutely abismal customer service.

I ordered a smart hub. Within literally 2 mins of placing the order I realised that, despite it being their UK website, the smart hub is only fit for US/Canada re: power. I contacted Native Union straight away. They have refused to cancel the order and, because I'm trying to return b/c not fit for purpose, I will have to pay the shipping. Not only that, I may have to ship it back to the US or..lord above HONG KONG. The cost of shipping the return alone would be as much as the original purchase. I also purchased some additional goods from them, and only trying to cancel one item, it's not as if they're not going to get quite a sum from me anyway. It's been a very disappointing experience. At least if I gone via Amazon I wouldn't have been stung like this. What's the point of buying directly so that the makers can benefit directly without having to pay Amazon a cut when they act like that. Stupid short sighted business practice. Late March 2021: So below is Native Unions Response MONTHS after the event below. I had contacted NativeUnion within 3 mins of placing the order...so their 'justification that "we shipped out immediately and couldn't change" is nonsense. Equally, multiple companies say 'within x' hours' you can cancel...apparently the 'tech savvy' Native Union can't seem to master basic ordering processes. Equally, a 'tech savvy' company with a UK website selling to UK customers are unable to understand the concept of plugs. You couldn't make it up. This cable doesn’t different then any other cables. It’s broken from the end connected to the phone. My cable broken and I have contacted customer service many times but they are not responding any email until contact them online. They told me to cut the cable and send my details after I have send what they request again there was no respond. I chat online they said they could not find any email saying to cut the cable that’s ridiculous it’s already in their web page now I have to wait for investigation. Customer service is very bad and don’t believe that life time warranty I cut my cable and put in the bin and I am going to buy another brand because all these it was realy headache.

The Native Union charger when I bought it, came with a one year warranty. It only lasted 6 months before acting up and not charging my iPhone. I had registered it when I bought it and never kept the box and receipt for months because I'm not a hoarder. I contacted them for a new one and they start requesting things such as a video as proof that it's not working and a photo of the cable cut in half. I told them 400 times that I do not have the box but they still keep asking for the number on the box instead of using my name to look up the box number I registered with. You're better off buying Apple chargers instead.
