I made an order from their website for a phone case and a cable and paid for express delivery as well. It's been exactly 1 week since the order was placed. It was supposed to arrive 3-4 days ago and it still says unfullfilled on their website. I requested a cancellation on the cable of my order, first they respond saying we cannot do cancellation, but you can return it. Then yesterday they respond saying the order is going to be refunded. Completely garbage customer support. They literally have no clue what they are doing. I am now concerned if it's a scam website and if I should call my credit card company ASAP. Horrible company. There is suppose to be a “ life time warranty” they will not email me back to send a new cable. Very unprofessional and very rude ppl working there

Customer service is terrible, I requested a replacement for a charging cable and sent them pictures per their request. However, it has been 4 weeks and no response, no cable, nothing. I've e-mailed them twice over the 4 week period and no response. I will NEVER be buying one of their cables again!

Awful customer service and products not as advertised. The MacBook sleeve I ordered was too small for my MacBook (despite being 'made' for that exact model) and customer services just keep fobbing me off. I haven't received a refund and I have a product I can't use. I definitely would not recommend this company or purchase from them again.

I bought the Apple Airpod gen 3 Roam case from them and the top didn't fit at all and didn't stay on. I emailed them and the customer service ticket link they sent me didn't work and after emailing them again I never heard from them. Terrible company.

Sent more than three hundred dollars to Native Union and paid extra to have an order expedited for a trip. Three days later it hadn't shipped, so I emailed them and asked and was simply told to "be patient while they coordinate with their logistics team." Before I could respond, somebody else responded to my email with the exact same thing. Another day passed and no word, so I opened a dispute with the bank. That must have lit a fire under them because they sent me an email basically telling me that the can't refund my money unless I rescind the dispute and send them proof that I closed the case. The issue is that once you settle a disputed charge, you cannot reopen it, and this company has repeatedly stated "No refunds." The only exception is if you return an unopened product to the warehouse within 30 days. Guess where their warehouse is? Hong Kong. If you must have Native Union cables, cases, etc. get them from Amazon. Do not buy direct from their website.

Broke within 12 hours. Started out fine, about 9 hours in it started going on and off and then just shut off completely. Never buy a thing from them, there are better and cheaper sellers who actually give a shixt.
