they have been very good about shipping and delivery in timely manner. The product I would be afraid to be without, and pricing is fair

Haven't been using the product long enough to know if it is going to work. The service was good. It arrived in a timely fashion.

I'm very happy to have found native remedies. I purchase products for my pets through the pets alive and sometimes forget they have products for people too!! The allergy itch ease and skin and coat tonic keep my pug out of the vets office and off prednisone. They clear up 95% of his itching (not quite all). I am grateful to have found the site. Thank you. I buy products for my children from Native Remedies to help them with focus, attention, and anxiety issues they face at school. The products work very well, and I feel much better about giving my kids natural products, rather than prescription drugs with all their negative side effects.

It is a long story, but ever since I moved to Hawaii I have experienced problems with shipping which always required calls to customer service. Up until my most recent order about 3 weeks ago, they had been very helpful. Their website does not provide you with specific and accurate options for shipping to Hawaii during the ordering process, which is the source of most of the problems. So I phoned to ensure the order would be shipped using the best option for me, as I had in the past. This time I was told there were only 2 options available: 1 would take approx. 3 weeks, and the other - which was the best I was left with - would take 3-6 business days (or so I was told). I informed them this last option would NOT be delivered within that timeframe to Hawaii, as I had experience with it in the past. It takes between 2-4 weeks to arrive using this UPS "SurePost" method (delivered in conjunction with the USPS), which is their best option, and NOT acceptable. I had previously been able to upgrade to UPS Ground (actually arrives by air to Hawaii) or UPS Second Day, both of which arrive in less than a week. I placed 3 separate calls to different customer service supervisors, all of whom insisted these were the only 2 shipping methods available and the best one, which I chose (UPS SurePost) would arrive within 3-6 business days. They would simply not listen to the fact that I knew from my prior experience it would NOT arrive within this time, and refused to provide any other assistance. So here I am, 3 weeks later still awaiting notice the shipment has arrived in Hawaii, after being transferred to the USPS in CA on 8/26 (order shipped 8/22), left only with their empty promises, which I knew were not true and which they refused to honor. I'm sorry to say I will no longer be ordering from a company which does not provide better customer service, and shipping options to my location. In this day and age just how difficult can it be to offer the simple option (at the appropriate rate) of UPS ground or better to my home, as most other merchants who utilize UPS as their carrier do???

Great and fast service but I am very disappointed with the product at the price I paid for it. It does not do anything for me and I followed instructions correctly. Very expensive and doesn't do what you claim it is supposed to do. I will not buy this product again.
