I was very pleased with the customer service at Native Remedies. I had a problem with an order that was placed in August but their customer service representative worked very quickly to correct the problem and my product once reordered was received in a timely fashion. No complaints with the product "Study Plus" which was purchased for my son. It's working well so far for him.

Have been using Native Remedies for some years now for humans and animals with good results, I wouldn't be without them now.

Native Remedy has the most user friendly website I have been to in a long time. It is uncluttered, easy to use, and very informative. So far all the products that I have tried have been very effective and exceeded my expectations. Both times that I have dealt with the customer service agents have been pleasant experiences as they are personal, polite and informative. I consider this to be one of the best companies I have had the pleasure of doing business with in the past few years.

I have purchased several times from Native Remedies/Pet Alive. My order always ships promptly and arrives correctly. My only complaint would be that they do not reply to customer emails. I have emailed (on 2 or 3 occasions) with questions about my order and never heard back. Also, I will get an email stating that my order has shipped and that I can track my order but an order number is never provided. Perhaps this is because it is shipping to Canada...I don't know, because when I email to ask I don't get any reply. Other than that, my transactions have been smooth.

Good product for a good price.

Most of the remedies are good, some not so much. What I really don't like about ordering directly from Native Remedies is that it takes very long to get an order out (about seven or eight days) and the tracking information is sketchy at best. They really need to ship directly through USPS and not mess around with other carriers. I'll continue to use some of the remedies, but will order from other sites, often with a much lower cost.

Good been taking for 13 days and have noticed some relief, but no completely gone yet

Although I do not get them often, I had just been through a major surgery and then I contracted a horrible UTI. My doctor prescribed 10 days of 1 type of antibiotic. When that failed to work, I was prescribed a different 10 day round of antibiotics. I was drinking tons of water and cranberry juice all while taking these antibiotics, but nothing helped!!! I messaged my doctors office again, but was discouraged by their lack of concern and options. Desperate, I searched online and found this company. The reviews were excellent and so I decided to give them a try. I AM SO GRATEFUL I DID!!! I had it overnighted and it came the next day. It took about 5 days to clear up, but I started feeling relief on the 2nd day. However I continued to take this every day and am still taking it. Yesterday, I returned to my doctor to be tested and I am 100% clear of any infection. I would and will recommend this product to everyone experiencing these problems. It really works and does not do the damage that antibiotics do to your system. Plus it tastes great!
