I got my first order in the mail and the medication was warm (ice pack was not even cold). I sent a message and they responded quickly. They had me send in pictures and told me to wait about taking the medicine. The next day they informed me that they were resending the medication. Carlo did a great job in assisting me and was extremely polite and helpful!
