When I had a question about the product , I reached out to via text from the number provided in my delivery notification. Within a couple of minutes, I received a very detailed and informative response from Rocel who answered my question fully. The response was not only helpful but also professional and very courteous. Rocel then followed up to see if there was anything further they could help me with. It’s refreshing to know that a live person who puts care into their response is there to provide help to customers. Thank you, Rocel!

I have had a fantastic experience with this company. They have been honest, upfront about pricing, process was easy and timely. I did the 6 month plan and had times I had questions. They have always responded promptly to questions and requests. I revenged to cancel my subscription and that process was extremely easy. I worked with Carlo who was fantastic. He processed my request immediately and no questions or problems! When I’m able to continue treatment this will definitely be the company I return to.
