I’ve been a customer for 6 months and my experience has been wonderful. The Doctors are quick to respond and very informative. The support team is equally as amazing, especially Novah! Every time I have reached out they go above and beyond to make sure my needs are met. My shipments are always quick and correct, with clear instructions.

Carlo and Novah were both great . I am going on a trip and needed my medication ahead of time to bring with me and there was confusion on the order , but they made it right and got it here on time . I have nothing but good things to say about Carlo and Novah and NativeMed.
