I have been a customer for nearly a year, and my experience has consistently been excellent. While the customer service team as a whole has always been responsive and helpful, I would like to give special recognition to Elise. Elise’s actions went far beyond simply resolving my concern. She demonstrated a level of professionalism, diligence, and genuine care that reflects outstanding character. Although she responded to my initial issue promptly, what impressed me most was that she didn’t stop there. She asked me to provide detailed photographs to ensure that I had received exactly what I ordered and, more importantly, that the medication was safe for me to take. That extra attention to detail made it clear that my well-being was just as important to her as resolving the issue itself. It’s rare to encounter someone who takes that level of ownership and responsibility, and I believe her efforts deserve to be recognized. Please extend my sincere appreciation to Elise. Employees who consistently demonstrate this level of dedication are a tremendous asset to your organization, and she has certainly reinforced my confidence in continuing to do business with your company.

The response time was very very quick. I had just basically sent the email over and left a voicemail and within three minutes novah call me back. I have never had a response back from any company that fast. She was very very helpful and she also took care of everything on her end that I didn’t have to do anything except for say yes this is what I want.
